My supplier recently sent me photos of beautiful green garnets that I immediately ordered. The moment I touched them, I knew. They are essential parts of the two rings that will merge the untouched wildness and subtle tenderness of the soul. I chose two chrome diopside stones on both sides of the garnets, faceted and raw, a symbol of the balance between our primordial and modern selves. The balance between what we show to the world and what we decide to keep for ourselves. Organic texture covers the crystals naturally, so it seems they emerge from the silver structure, making the rings and ourselves whole. The story about the spirit is a story about nature: her delicate flower and her rough rocky texture.
