Refunds: My goal above all is that the buyer is completely satisfied with the made purchase. My jewellery is designed with love for you. Therefore, if the item you received does not look the same asin the pictures or if you are not satisfied how it looks on you, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Upon I receive the jewellery and inspect its condition, I will refund to you the entire amount minus the mailing costs. Please bear in mind that you may not return any piece of jewellery that appears worn. I strongly recommend reading carefully the description below pictures of jewellery before making your purchase, where all specifications, including measures, are noted in sufficient details.

Exchanges: However, if you decide to exchange your item for another piece of jewellery, you have 2 weeks to notify me accordingly. Upon I receive the originally ordered item and inspect its condition, I will send you the exchanged item. You will bear all mailing costs. Exchange is possible only once.

Additional information: Though I try to make pictures of jewellery as realistic as possible, the colours may vary due to light and different monitors.
