Time of shipment

If you ordered a piece of jewellery that is currently available in my shop, it will be shipped to you within 2-4 business days. Shipment of made-to-order items depends on our agreement, but it usually takes one to two weeks to make a piece of jewellery.

Shipment manner

For EU member countries: I will ship your orders by registered air mail, without insurance. In most cases it is sufficient for you to receive your shipment, however, if you want extra safety, I recommend contacting me to come up with a solution together.

For non-EU member countries: I will send your shipments via registered air mail, which is known to be pretty safe, both for you as a buyer and me as a seller. However, if you want to be 100% safe, I strongly recommend arranging insurance.

When can I expect my order?
For Slovenia: within two business days of the shipping date.

For European countries: 3 to 7 business days of the shipping date – for distant countries even a couple of days longer.

For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zeeland: 10 to 21 business days as of the shipping date

For Asian, South American and African countries: from 10 to 25 business days.
